| Michael Camarena is the District Manager of HVAC for California, Arizona, Nevada, Utah and Idaho. He was previously president and general manager of Air Cold Supply in Pomona, CA. Mike joined Ferguson in 1998 through the Familian integration, where he was vice president, HVAC market manager in Southern California. He was later named president and general manager of Ferguson HVAC in Los Angeles, CA. Mike has also successfully completed executive development programs at Duke University and the Darden School of Business. |

| David Sharp was named general manager of Air Cold Phoenix HVAC, effective December 1, 2005. David joined Ferguson as part of the Webb Distributors acquisition in June 2005 as a sales manager in Glendale, Arizona. Mr. Sharp has been in the HVAC industry for almost 15 years. |

| Rich Saltmarsh is the General Manager for the Air Cold Mountain Region, which includes Utah and Idaho. Rich began his career with Ferguson 8 years ago in Bend, Oregon as a management trainee. He worked his way up the chain as an inside sales person and branch manager. Rich holds a degree from Utah State University and resides in Salt Lake City with his wife and two children. He enjoys all outdoor activities, including hunting and boating with his family. |

| Scott Marskell is the General Manager for the Northern California area of Air Cold Supply. He has been General Manager in this area since 2006. Scott joined Ferguson when Air Cold Supply was acquired by Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. Scott has been in the wholesale HVAC/Refrigeration industry since 1982 and has experience in every position in wholesale HVAC distribution. |

| Pat McNally is the General Manager for Air Cold Supply in Southern California. Pat, originally from Cleveland, Ohio, has been with Ferguson for 21 years. He started his career with Ferguson in Beltsville, Maryland (just outside of Washington, DC), in the warehouse, then counter sales & Inside Sales. He worked in Orlando, Florida for a short time as Inside Sales & Operations Manager, but then went back to the Washington, DC area (Annapolis, Maryland) as a Branch Manager and then as their Product Manager. Pat spent approximately a year in Richmond, Virginia as the Manager of Training & Development, before transferring to Southern California (Van Nuys) in 2000 where he assumed the Operations Manager position and moved on to General Manager. From there, he transferred to Northern California as the General Manager for HVAC in that territory. In October 2007, he was relocated to Southern California to become the General Manager for Air Cold Supply. Pat graduated from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio in 1988 with a degree in Political Science & Diplomacy & Foreign Affairs. |
